Hampton Inn & Suites Mountain View

This hotel is great, and has excellent amenities like internet access, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped with taxi tips during my first stay. Highly recommend for a pleasant experience!

The whirl pool / spa wasn't working - was disappointed about that. Was only affordable because I got first 3 nights via Booked.net (but thankfully I did because great find)

Construction was noisy and inconvenient to my room location. A room further from the construction would have been nice.

Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants with a clean atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast options were excellent for a hotel in this category.

I loved the small gym, I wish they only had more variety of weights but still the selection was good. The room was so pretty and the bed was extremely comfy very great place.

The hotel is clean, with efficient personal, and offers comfortable location near to Stanford mall and Stanford University and Stanford mall and many restaurants. The rooms are a nice size and the American breakfast offered has a great selection of dishes. The service is friendly, includes good parking. In fact, there is complimentary internet.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxation. The accessibility features stood out.

We had just spent previous weekend elsewhere and that room was smaller and almost twice the price.

To be honest only there one night but everything was great.we slept late and thought there wouldn't be any breakfast food left but they kept refilling everything.All the staff was great too

Immaculate Stay with Excellent Breakfast!

I enjoyed a spacious queen room that was impeccably clean. The highlight was the amazing complimentary breakfast with fresh juice blends and delicious waffles. The staff's friendliness. For a peaceful experience, request a room away from noisy neighbors.

Maid service was offered but not necessary just asked for towels but never received them.

We have stayed here many times and love the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast in the morning has a wide variety and the food is excellent.

We were gone for most of the day and when we returned we found our room had not been cleaned. Pretty disappointing. The carpets looked pretty ragged and need replacing. Our room key stopped working several times.

I had a great stay. the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. However, the lobby felt a bit dark and uninviting.

The hampton inn was super clean and very friendly. It's just a short walk to the mountain view transit station, fantastic! I appreciated how helpful the staff was with dinner recommendations. The fitness center was a nice bonus as well.
